Knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
Superior listening, verbal and written communication skills.
Recording the feedback of customer service representative.
Collate daily and weekly reports.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
Identify the gaps through root cause analysis.
Prepare reports and analysis as necessary to determine areas of improvement & opportunity.
Inputs to be provided to meet the operational goals.
Handling customer queries and solving them effectively.
Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times.
Healthcare Knowledge/work experience is an added advantage.
Ability to provide information verbally clearly and effectively.
Responsible for patient complaints and escalate them to next level and necessary follow up.
Flexible to work in night shifts.
