Job Title: Telesales Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The primary role is to manage inbound and outbound calls with leads, explaining transportation plans and services for children, addressing customer queries, and managing client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and has a talent for sales and customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1) Lead Management: Contact and qualify leads generated through various channels, including online inquiries via :- Calls,Chats and Mails and referrals. Follow up on prospective leads to convert the sales. 2) Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential customersbto introduce and explain transportation plans. Conduct inbound calls from interested customers, answer questions, and provide detailed information on service plans, routes, safety measures, and costs. Understand customer needs to recommend the most suitable service plan. 3)Account Management: Set up new customer accounts, ensuring all details are accurately recorded. Maintain ongoing customer relationships by handling changes in schedules, updating plans, and managing any account queries. Provide support for any billing inquiries or payment processing. 4) Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and conversions in the CRM system. 5) Customer Service: Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and delivering timely follow-up. Provide a positive experience for all customer interactions and handle complaints effectively. 6) Reporting and Feedback: Prepare daily and weekly sales reports. Provide feedback on lead quality and customer needs to improve marketing efforts and service offerings. Requirements: * Looking for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in the same domain. * Proven experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in a service-oriented industry. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent phone etiquette and listening skills. * Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle customer requests efficiently. * Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Should have the ability to respond to calls, chats and e-mails. * Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. * Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Must be fluent in English, Telugu and Hindi. * This role would be a full time role work from office role based out of East Maredpally, Secunderabad.
