Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Preferred Location: Bengaluru

Joining: Immediate joiner

Salary Range:

 Responsibilities:

  •       Interact with customers through Calls. (Voice Process)
  •       Recommend potential products or services to customers by analyzing customer needs.
  •       Focus on achieving targets based on call quality, connectivity and sales conversion. 
  •       Maintains customer records by updating account information in the database.
  •       Understand the customer’s queries and identify the customer’s needs and give the best    resolution to the customer.
  •       Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance and providing them with 100% satisfaction with the product they purchase.
  •       Focus on quality of work and documentation of the action as well.
  •       Be a team player and maintain team spirit, positive energy at work.
  •       Flexibility to work rotational shifts during the day and punctuality to work is a must.

 

Skills required:

 

  •       Customer Relationship Management
  •       Basic Excel skills
  •       Communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi. Additional languages are an added advantage.

 

Education Qualification:

 

  •       Any degree is acceptable

 

Eligibility:

 

  •       Freshers or 1+ years of experience
