Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Preferred Location: Bengaluru

Salary Range:
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers through Calls. (Voice Process)
- Recommend potential products or services to customers by analyzing customer needs.
- Focus on achieving targets based on call quality, connectivity and sales conversion.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information in the database.
- Understand the customer’s queries and identify the customer’s needs and give the best resolution to the customer.
- Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance and providing them with 100% satisfaction with the product they purchase.
- Focus on quality of work and documentation of the action as well.
- Be a team player and maintain team spirit, positive energy at work.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts during the day and punctuality to work is a must.
Skills required:
- Customer Relationship Management
- Basic Excel skills
- Communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi. Additional languages are an added advantage.
Education Qualification:
- Any degree is acceptable
Eligibility:
- Freshers or 1+ years of experience
