We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Executives to work for UK sales process contribute in Converting Leads. You will be responsible for closing Lead deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Responsibilities and Duties
Inbound/outbound calls as per business expectations for Customer service/sales team
Ensure complete and correct information is transferred to the customer on every call.
Meet call quality above 80% Adherence to process & scripts.
Should handle the customers confidently and assertively.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction on all the calls handled.
Should be fine with UK Shift as per the process requirement.
Ensure minimum login hours are met.
Meet the basic process metrics management like Dial out, ACHT, Connects, and Leads per day, conversion rate, Call quality scores, Product test scores. etc as defined for his level.
Reporting basic escalation to Team Leader.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in UK process telesales role.
Proven track record of successfully meeting targets.
Ability to learn about the products and describe/explain them to prospects.
Should be able to communicate in English Proficiently
Should be able to understand and comprehend English (as per business need)
Limited MTI affecting pronunciation/Understanding
Should have basic knowledge of operating computer
Should have basic typing knowledge 30 words per minute
