Interview Location:   Q Conneqt Business Solutions Ltd,
                                 1-8-371, Gowra Trinity, S. P. Road,
                                 Patigadda, Begumpet, Hyderabad,
                                 Telangana 500016
                                  Land mark: Above Begumpet Passport Office
 Interview Timing :09:30 am to 1:00 pm

Job Details:
1. Age: 18 years to 35 years
2. Minimum Qualification Intermediate (or +2 equivalent).
3. Maximum Qualification Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)
4. Experience Any Under Grad or Graduate Freshers.
5. Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English and Hindi
6. Shifts: Rotational day shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)
Salary: Rs 11000/- to Rs 15000/- take home
Job Summary
Answer inbound calls within the guidelines/goals established by the client and management. Consistently achieves call quality goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
Note: Any candidate applying for this position should be okay to work from the office.
Experience: Any Under Grad/Graduate Freshers can apply.
Job Profile:
1. Domestic Voice (Technical Support/Customer care/Non Voice)
Responsibility: Provide support to domestic customers
Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in day rotational shifts.
Desired Skills: Need Excellent Communication skills in English and Hindi.
Working Days: 6 days working
Weekly Offs: 1 Week Offs(Rotational and Split)
Rounds of Interview: JAM, HR, Voice test, Operations Round.
The selected candidates should be able to join ASAP and have all documents handy for background verification.
