Job Profile: BDO (Business Development Officer)
Eligibility: MBA / Graduation degree in any stream but have at least 02 years experience in Sales & Marketing Department, or have working experience as a sales executive before.
Salary: 20K + Incentives
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
– Planning and preparing presentations (say hello to Powerpoint)
– Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
– Overseeing the development of marketing literature
– Writing reports
– Providing management with feedback
– Analyze current customer base, to identify potential sales opportunities
– Build strong relationships with customers, outside business contacts, and company stakeholders
– Review and communicate proposals and cost estimates to customers and stakeholders
– Negotiate timelines and budgets
– Develop and test unique business strategies and concepts
– Collaborate with colleagues and peers on the sales, marketing, and product development teams to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction
– Stay up to date on company best practices, policies, products, pricing, and promotions
– Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship
– Must have experience to handle team of sales agent.
– Should be ready for field (75%) for lead generate.
– Must have knowledge to access with internet, social apps and basic skills of generating leads into cash by impressing people.
– Sales Strategy for this post has to be followed by combination of company’s module and with personal field experience.
– Must have Good communication skills and access knowledge of Local regional language and English.
– The candidate must be 25 or 28+ years of age.
