Job Description

1. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
2. Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
3. Meet potential customers by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
4. Identify potential customers, and the decision makers within the customer’s organization.
5. Research and build relationships with new customers.
6. Set up meetings between customers decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals if required.
7. Plan approaches and pitches. *Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the customer needs, concerns and objectives.
8. Participate in pricing the solution/service.
9. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
10. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
11. Present new features and services and enhance existing relationships with customers.
12. Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
13. Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
14. The scope of work is to close B2B opportunities in service space
