Position: Business Develipment Manager

Location: Begumpet

Responsibilities and Duties

  • We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM). BDMs generate leads from offline activations that are required to run sales at the city level.
  • They spearhead offline operations with end to end execution of events.
  • These events include hosting mock tests in different schools, organising games, workshops, seminars, and apartment activations.
  • Apart from organising events, they play a key role in ensuring data collection.
  • They analyse this data to identify hot leads and provide them to the sales team as quickly as possible.
  • As Managers, they’ll lead a team of BDEs / coordinators in events.
  • Responsibility: Taken ownership of top-line and profit targets for your team while being in a revenue-driven role.
  • Sense of data: Experienced in data driven marketing, including ROI / investment strategies / scaling.
  • Building your team: You have an eye for great talent and the ability to unlock the potential of high performing team.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: B.Com/BMS or equivalent from a reputed college. MBA/PGDM from a recognized Business School is preferred.
  • Experience: Min 4+ years of experience in B2B sales and BTL marketing and spent 1 year managing large teams. Connections with a range of schools or previous experience in Institutional sales is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communicator and relationship builder. You have worked collaboratively with marketing and product teams
