Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
i) We are seeking talented professionals to join our sales team and identify new business opportunities via phone, email etc.
ii) Excellent communication Writing Skills Required and proposal writing.
iii) Self- motivator and highly confident professional, with excellent written and spoken communication.
iv) Business Leads Generation, Opportunity Generation, Cold Calling, Chat Support.
v) Generating Business from online Bidding Portals Client Handling Cold Calling Bidding on developing projects Bidding on designing Projects.
vi) Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
vii) Business Development by Cold Calling prospects clients worldwide and explain our services offered.
viii) Researching organisations and individuals online especially on social media to identify new leads and potential new markets.
ix) Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about IT initiatives.
x) Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
xi) Understanding the client requirement clearly and discussing with the team internally.
xii) Coordinate with the international clients through skype chat and skype/ phone call.
xiii) Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails.
xiv) Involve in complete sales cycle.
xv) Should be target oriented and should be able to meet the targets well in time.
xvi) Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree with at least 1+ years of international cold calling & lead generation experience.
Prior experience in pre-sales including lead generation, cold calling and performing high impact sales presentation requiring in-depth experience. A proven record of success acquiring new customers is required Excellent communication skills to interact with associates in U.S. region.
Previous experience in U.S. region would be an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Note: Candidate should be comfortable with Noon / Evening shifts.
