Job Description for BDMs:
Store hunting and on-boarding –
Market mapping and Identification of potential retail stores for time bound Acquisition, induction and onboarding of new stores
in the assigned territory
Managing and driving the performance of the Channel partners/stores’ business with Flipkart. Build and execute on a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities for the stores and Flipkart.
Field Visits: Visiting targeted number of stores on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Training: Deliver training & coaching of Flipkart processes, products, operating model and SOPs.
Set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage relationships with the acquired/assigned stores for a mutual growth.
Work with Stores/channel partners to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great delivery experience and consistently enhance efficiency.
Enhance Engagement with stores to improve business and increase retention.
Drive stores against goals (CSAT, Delivery %, cash recon, etc. )
Salary: 17000 in hand including Petrol allowance plus incentive 4000 pm based on Target Met
Work time regular shift.
BDE reports at hub, helps oversee the allocation of bags, goes to market to enrol retailers, supports collection, training, distribution and overall development of the channel. Maintains the target number of stores in his portfolio
Hub is within 1-2 km of the stores
Local language skills with basic ability to read and understand English is acceptable.
Min. class 12 pass, with atleast 1-2 year field experience in FMCG sales.
