As a Android team Lead on our team, you will provide strategic technical guidance to
proactively improve performance, reliability, security and cost-effectiveness of customers’
solutions using industry best practices. The Team Lead will be in charge of evaluating the
work processed and implementing technology solutions to meet the business’s current and
future needs. The ideal candidate encourages an environment that promotes customer

Roles & Responsibilities
 Hiring and training technical personnel
 Design and build advanced app features for the Android platform.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
 Proficiency in Java or Kotlin using Android SDK and third-party libraries.
 Experience with multi-threading and integrating with RESTful services.
 Good understanding of UI/UI customization, as well as working in different Android
versions and screen sizes.
 Experience in designing, integrating and managing complex software solutions.
 Experience with web technologies and enterprise architectures.
 Knowledge of client – server networking and database management concepts.
 Up to date knowledge of technology including service oriented architecture, event
oriented architecture and web application development concepts.
 Web server and application server administration and web application deployment
experience
 Understanding of system security, including encryption standards, SEIM and network
segregation
 Conducting security audits to identify areas of improvement
 Guiding their team through technical issues and challenges

Skills required
 Min of 5+ years of experience in android app development using Java, Kotlin
 Fluent in CSS (Foundation or Bootstrap),
 Java, JavaScript and HTML, with an understanding of CSS pre-processors including
Sass and LESS.
 Strong knowledge of Linux, PHP and MySQL, with working understanding of
MongoDB, PostgreSQL, AngularJS, Express. js, Oracle, React, Ember and Node
 Strong technical expertise on the Android device platform, exposure to custom UI
development.
 Strong knowledge of design patterns like MVP, MMVM, RxJava and others
 Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, NDK, Android
Studio, Gradle, Lint and how to deal with different screen sizes.
 Strong knowledge of JAVA and OOPS concept
 Good knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
 Must be familiar with Performance Profiling Tools available in android.
 Must be aware of Junit and other unit testing concepts.
 Must have good knowledge of – Github/Bitbucket
 Candidates should have Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
 Candidate should have very Good Logical and Analytical Skills
 Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
 Familiarity with Restful APIs to connect Android applOodles Technologies is an
offshore software development company with a focus on state-of-the-art
